As a former Chief Operating Officer, he has led large-scale transformations, scaled digital businesses, and driven innovation across industries.

In 20+ years of building and scaling tech-enabled ventures, Prashant has always been driven by one question: How can innovation truly serve society? This question became the foundation of his journey into agriculture.

Co-founding Software Mathematics, he now with Krishi-Mitra (MetaTechAgro Private Limited) focuses on strategic innovations that uplift rural economies while preserving the environment. His deep-rooted connection to the rural landscape, shaped by his family's agricultural background, instilled in him a sense of responsibility to empower the very backbone of the nation—its farmers.

Under his leadership, the company is on a mission to efficiently manage relationships between production factors and informed decision making in agrarian ecosystem., promoting climate-smart, sustainable agricultural practices that enable farmers to thrive in the modern economy. Salesh himself being a practicing farmer he started his agripreneurship journey with Krishi-Mitra (MetaTechAgro Private Limited) and aligned his personal mission with a larger goal: to bridge the gap between technology and traditional farming.
